Block Island Biking Vacation Details:

Trip Length: 3 days, 2 nights
Start/Finish: Point Judith ferry terminal, Point Judith, RI
Cycling level: Easy
Daily mileage: 8-15 with options for more

Terrain: Flat with an occasional short hill. Most roads we travel on are paved and smooth but the occasional back road may be somewhat rough. For this reason, if you are bringing your own bike, skinny race tires may not be ideal.
Bikes:  You may bring your own bike or use one of ours. GFA bikes are lightweight, available with either drop or straight handlebars and are equipped with waterbottle, handlebar bag, map case and seat pack with essentials.
     

Accommodations:
The Atlantic Inn
Our historic hilltop inn with ocean views is the quintessential island retreat. Rooms are individually decorated with country antiques and the main floor boasts a charming tavern and an excellent restaurant. Enjoy tapas and cocktails on the wrap-around veranda or on the sweeping lawns while watching the sun go down. Perhaps try your hand on one of the tennis courts or in a game of croquet or horseshoes.

Three Day Tour:

August 5-7, Sunday to Tuesday - $1,495 pp, dbl. occ.

Single Supplement: $350

Frequent Adventurers, GFA alumni, may deduct 5% from the tour price.
