Cycling Enchanting Block Island Itinerary

Three Day Kayak, Walk, Sail and Bicycle Adventure

Day 1   Ferry from Point Judith, RI to Block Island early afternoon. Enjoy ocean views and refreshments at our hilltop inn while your guides fit your bike, then set out on our first island ride. Return to our inn, enjoy tapas and cocktails on the veranda if you like, then head to Great Salt Pond for a spectacular sunset sail on our custom trimaran. Enjoy dinner at our waterfront restaurant with gorgeous harbor views for just-caught fresh seafood and more. 

Day 2   Following breakfast we’ll bicycle along beautiful coastal roads to our trailhead.  There we’ll begin a walk that you will remember for a long time to come.  When you see the North Light, you’ll know you’ve come to the end of the trail.  Explore the lighthouse and beautiful beaches surrounding. Next, we continue cycling on vista laden roads to New Harbor for lunch and our kayak adventure.  By now you’ve earned a rest so you might want to head to the beach or to town for some shopping.  Tonight we dine at another of the island's wonderful restaurants.

Day 3   Our Block Island bicycle adventure continues as we cycle to Southeast Lighthouse and the majestic Mohegan Bluffs.  Tour the lighthouse and museum if you like then descend to the bottom of the bluffs to the secluded beach below. We continue our exploration of the southern side of the island amidst a serene landscape that never fails to sooth the soul. Pedal to Old Harbor and our ferry back to Point Judith. Enjoy lunch on board while sharing stories with friends new and old and feeling renewed by our idyllic days in paradise.
